Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our company. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of the purchase date to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund amount will be for the price of the item(s) returned, excluding any shipping or handling charges. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

If your return is rejected, we will notify you and return the item(s) to you at your expense.

Please note that some items, including but not limited to personalized items or final sale items, may not be eligible for returns. We will indicate if an item is not eligible for return at the time of purchase.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

We offer to ship to all locations within India.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the order.
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier or any circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather, natural disasters, etc.).

Delivery

Deliveries are typically made within 3-7 business days of shipment, unless otherwise stated.
We offer standard delivery to all addresses within India.
Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier.
Deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If no one is available to receive the package, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for re-delivery or pickup.
In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to confirm the correct address and reship the package at an additional cost.
In the unlikely event that a package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
